Remote visual inspection from viZaar® can replace the need of scaffolding and inspectors entering reducing inspection time and cost, avoiding risk of damage and contamination.

These components are made to contain product, allow reactions, sometimes under harsh temperature or pressure conditions. They often have very special surface coating to maintain hygiene, or protect and separate the outer containment material from perhaps aggressive or sensitive content and gases. Inner visual inspection is often needed after erection, standard maintenance or repair. Some product or processes demand to ensure no remains being left after reaction or for a new product run. To do so Inspectors often enter through a manhole after scaffolders have erected a scaffolding. Sometimes all needs to be done wearing protection clothing and breathing apparatus.

For example using a INVIZ® SNK x36 pan and tilt at a special and special gearing the viZaar® DIN EN 473 / DIN EN ISO 9712 VT and SCC** certified service team will be able to provide detailed inspection images from any part of the vessel. A wide angle to 36 optical zoom will deliver good overview as well as close up to find even smallest differences at far distances. For smaller vessels we might use a special revolving inspection system the INVIZ® Revolver 80 which with one camera is giving sight in the axial direction while a 360° rotating camera offers full vision to the side. Inspecting from outside offers many advantages. Avoid contamination by bringing in people and gear. Protect wall coating or polishing from being scratched. Save time and money. However if entering for whatever reason we need to enter, staff is trained and certified to work at highest hygiene levels and if environment demands with breathing apparatus.
